To develop your confidence from the inside and feel your best, APURVAM Massage Training School has placed together a list of our preferred beauty tips for skin, face, and overall well-being.

Clean your Face
It’s stated frequently with skincare beauty tips because it’s a primary: clean your face. Depending on your skin type, it might be suited to do it twice a day. It would include applying slighter products in the morning and heavier products in the evening, as they can purify, soak in, and rejuvenate the skin while you sleep.

Drinking lot of Water
Want to get radiant skin naturally? It begins from the inside, out. It means you’ll need to drink lots of water to maintain your body hydrated and healthy. Drink at least the prescribed 8 cups a day, and within a couple of months, you’ll see an immense boost in your skin appearance. For a little something more, start your days by adding a spoonful of honey into a lukewarm glass of water too.

Use Sunscreen
One of the most obvious but most neglected face glow tips is to use sunscreen — and not only to the beach. The point is not to leave the house without applying some facial sunscreen to prevent wrinkles, loss of skin elasticity, sun spots, and even skin cancer. An SPF of 30 and above will improve skin hydration.

Consume Omega-3-Rich Foods
Cook meals featuring lots of omega-3 fatty acids or munch on snacks containing to rejuvenate your skin’s natural boundary to the environment. That would be food such as salmon, walnuts, and olive oil.

Include Daily Antioxidants
Recognized for their group of healthful resources, antioxidants, which encompass vitamins like A, C, and E, help your skin guard itself against UV radiation and air pollution. Look for berries, tomatoes, green, leafy vegetables on your next grocery run.

Take Enough of Sleep
It’s no surprise it’s seldom called beauty sleep: taking enough rest serves as one of the primary beauty care tips for your body’s health and well-being. That is because as you actively sleep, your skin can restore and repair itself within interference. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night for the well-being of your physical and mental health!

Satin and Silk
If you believe the beddings you sleep with won’t affect the look of your skin — think again. Sleeping with satin and silk pillowcases and beddings will prevent your skin from getting micro-scratched up and swollen after each night. You’ll be surprised at the variation in your sleep quality and complexion!

Always Remove Makeup
We’re completing our favorite skin beauty tips list with the holy grail; remove your makeup before sleep. Whether you’re tired after a great day or not: your skin will stay dehydrated, dry, and appear to have major visible lines if you don’t. Most importantly, if you don’t take off your makeup, it will muck up your pores, causing skin irritation, acne breakout, and redness. Prevent this skin damage with a soft makeup cleanser.

Facial Therapy Massage
A precise health care modality, Face Massage combines ancient theory with a practical modern approach to looking and feeling your best — whatever age you are. As we learn to nurture and balance our inner and outer lives the changes we make are reflected in our features. With the deceptively simple massage, acupressure, and energy balancing techniques of Facial Therapy massage, you can discover a new and exciting way to take care of the assets you possess.
