  • Cold Cuts — Cold-cut meat is usually stuff with sodium. Diets high in sodium can create puffiness, water holding, and puffing around the eyes.
  • Gluten — While some people are allowed to consume gluten, there are several people whose bodies cannot allow it. A gluten allergy can create inflammation, like acne on the face.
  • Anything Deep Fried — Deep-fried foods begin to excess oil production, and they are stuff with hydrogenated trans fats that can create skin problems.
  • Soda Soda includes very high levels of added sugar. Added sugar promotes up aging and can make the skin look dull.
